There are many social and emotional benefits that stem from learning yoga. I would love to offer my help with a pod of students completing their eLearning and adding movement into their day. We can do a live session on Zoom, or I can send you recorded Zoom sessions for your children/students. The amount of time can vary, depending on their ages and needs.

Working with children on mindfulness and breathing can help them to become more aware of their thoughts and feelings in the present moment. Mindfulness teaches children how to better self-regulate, reduces behavioral issues, and their attentiveness improves in the classroom or on eLearning.
